Going for my first visit to Vivid Eye care. Dr. Williams is a fantastic person as well as a Doctor. I am so excited to know I will be getting the correct reading glasses I need. I have seen Doctor Williams detect eye problems that Wills Eye Hospital struggled to detect. I will always return to Vivid Eye care in the future. After having my exam today, no surprise that everything went great. The staff was great ,very friendly and professional. Glad I went to Vivid Eye Care. Great to see Dr. Williams again. 10/21/25 second time visiting Vivid Eye care. Great staff, great Doctor, great service. Highly recommend!

I've been a patient here for a number of years, and Dr. Williams is the reason I keep coming back. She is personable and caring, and goes out of her way to make sure that your prescription is as correct as possible. The staff is always pleasant and competent. I look forward to returning next year for my annual visit.

I took my 98 year old father for an eye exam. He is hard of hearing, but cognizant. The doctor was excellent. She had no problems communicating with him, and made suggestions about his prescription needs at this age. I would recommend this location highly for anyone in my position with an elderly parent.

Amazing experience with the whole team at VIVID Eyecare, they are very attentive, caring and strive to find a solution, however difficult the case. It all comes with a great portion of a human touch. Highly recommended!
